Subject	best way for stripping the finish off the stock wheels?

Message	im gonna be powder coating my stock wheels black this week (and its being done for free).. id like to know what the best way is to strip the finish off the wheels (besides sandblasting)... if i have to sand blast them i will... but id rather just strip the wheels myself... any of you guys have any recommendations on the best way to do this?
